Policies

• Reservations
  We recommend that you call the spa as far in advance as possible to plan your time with us.
• Arrivals
  We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to allow a proper introduction to the spa. Out of consideration for other guests, late arrivals do not receive extensions of scheduled appointment times and are responsible for full-service fees.
• Cell Phones and Pagers
  For the privacy and comfort of our guests, we ask that you please turn off cell phones and pagers during your stay.
• Appointment Cancellation
  In order to best accommodate your requests, we ask that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice be given for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations given with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fee equivalent to half the scheduled service total, and Gift Certificates will be reduced to half value. We regret that lack of any notification will result in full billing of your scheduled services.
• Returns
  Product returns accompanied by a receipt may be made within a 30-day period for a spa credit on any other product.
